ACE 01-3028-822 MAGNETIC DOOR STOP (Pack of 3)
These are fantastic, I am a maintenance person for an apartment community some of our buildings have shifted so therefore some of the doors wont stay open they automatically swing to a closed positionl. These door stops have solved that problem. Now the doors stay open when you want them to and they close when you want them too instead of automatically which could drive you crazy!

This is a good value for the money. We have installed it on the wall instead of the floor. It is a little bit long for the wall, but I did prefer it on the wall.

Customer Rating: - Keeping those doors in place...
These are very nice door stops in a great polished nickel finish. Their ideal use (for me anyway) was for those doors that have a tendency to close or move on their own due to (home) aging over time. I have a couple of doors that when you leave them open will creep to a position of almost closed. These door magnets keep them open - and do it well. The magnet is very strong as the other reviewer mentioned. These are also high quality material-wise and a cinch to install.

Purchased enough of these door stops to put on every door in the house and LOVE every one of them. The magnet is definitely strong enough to hold and in some cases a little too strong that I had to stick stickers in between so it wouldn't hold so tight. Showed them to my sister and now she wants some as well. Would definitely purchase again if I had any more doors.
