I gave it 5 stars not because the product is that outstanding, but the service provided by Amazon Prime is. I bought it via my Prime account and my item arrived as scheduled. However it got stolen from my front door before I could collect it. I called up Amazon and they reissued a new one for me with free one-day shipping. This time I was at home to receive it and the product is working fine for me.

This is a surge protector which is definitely better than not having any protection at all. Those cheap strips that only give you extra outlets don't provide the same protection for the same price you pay at home depot or staples. This works well and i have not had any problems.
