Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fantastic for Elementary Classrooms!
I teach a class of very active first grade students. To enrich our studies of insects, I ordered the Ant Gel Habitat for the classroom. The kids and I were absolutely amazed by just watching the ants tunnel through the gel. More importantly, there is absolutely no maintenance...the gel is their food and water as well as their habitat. The gel tunnels did not collapse as sand will in a traditional ant farm. I will definitely order this product again!

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent!
My kids are really enjoying this ant farm. It's been two weeks now, and the ants are still doing fine. One great feature is that you don't have to feed them or add any water; they eat the gel that they're digging in (although not enough so you would notice).

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - It's not just a toy!
This is an interesting item. I didn't know what to expect when I registered this for my son and I thought we would deal with it if he really gets it on Christmas, well, he did. Come to realize that this is not a toy, this is a great item for anyone (not just kids) who are interested in observing things, you can actually look at the ants for a long time watching them working in there. It's amazing, we all love it.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Ant Gel House
I got this for my 9 year old Grandson and he just LOVES watching the
ants in it; a different kind of ant house but a good one! Thanks!
